Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Every order is embroidered to order in our San Diego studio. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and shipped. During busy seasons like the holidays, this may take a little longer.
Delivery
Most orders ship via USPS. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $70 or more ship free.
- Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order are made and shipped together in one package.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at theembroideredflock@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we aren't able to replace it. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package arrives damaged, email us and we'll help sort it out.
